Terms of use
These terms apply when you use ConvertPics and its browser-based image conversion tools.
Using the service
You may use ConvertPics for lawful personal or business image conversion. You are responsible for the files you select, your right to process them, and the outputs you download.
Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property, process unlawful content, harm another person, test malicious files, interfere with the site, bypass security controls, or generate abusive automated traffic.
Local conversion and browser limits
Conversion runs in your browser. Results can vary by browser, operating system, memory, codec support, color management, and source-file structure. Multi-image HEIC, animated AVIF, animated WebP, HDR, wide color, depth maps, and uncommon profiles may be reduced to a standard still image or may fail to decode.
Keep the original file. Review dimensions, colors, transparency, and quality before deleting a source or using an output in a production, legal, medical, archival, or print workflow.
No warranty
ConvertPics is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, support for every codec variant, exact color reproduction, metadata preservation, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ConvertPics and its operator are not liable for lost files, corrupted output, lost profits, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Site content and third parties
Original site code, writing, branding, and layout are protected by applicable rights. Format names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. External links are provided for context and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Changes
We may update the converter, supported formats, policies, or these terms as browsers and legal requirements change. The effective date below identifies the current version.
